How to book a class?

Sign up as a member, purchase a package, and then proceed to book classes based on the required credits.

When does the booking window open?

Opens every Sunday at 9pm.

What if the class is fully booked?

Options include an online waitlist or joining a physical waitlist open 30 minutes before class on a first-come basis.

Is there a class cancellation policy?

Yes, cancel at least 12 hours before to avoid forfeiting your class credit.

Can I book a slot in class for another member?

No, credits are non-transferable.

What if I arrive late for class?

A 3-minute grace period applies, but spots may be reassigned if you arrive within 2 minutes of class start.

Can I attend class with an injury or medical condition?

Consult a doctor before attending and inform the instructor of any conditions. Pregnant participants should get approval and attend designated classes.

How early should I arrive before class?

Members are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before class.

What should I wear to class?

Pilates: Fitted athletic clothing and grip socks (required).

Yoga: Comfortable attire, mats provided (optional to bring own).

Personal Training: Workout shoes and gloves for stability.

Are Grip socks required for Pilates?

Yes, for safety and hygiene.

What equipment is provided, and can I bring my own?

Essential equipment for Pilates and Yoga is provided. Bringing personal items like a yoga mat is optional.

What classes should I take if it’s my first time?

For beginners, we recommend starting with foundational classes that focus on proper form, such as introductory Pilates or beginner yoga. These classes help build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Our trainers are also available to guide you toward classes that best suit your fitness level and goals.

Can I bring a friend or guest to class?

Only guests with a valid class voucher may join.

What are the class levels?

Classes cater to all levels, with trainers offering modifications for various experience levels.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, private sessions for personal Pilates and training are available, bookable via hotline or through the Studio Coordinator.

What is the class duration?

Most classes are 50 minutes; specialty classes may vary.

Is your class Schedule always the same ?

Schedules and instructors may change without notice. You will be notified of a class change to the class time and instructor only if you are already signed up for that class when the change takes place. The Substitute instructor will be identifiable on the schedule at the time of the change, along with the original instructor. We do reserve the right to change instructors and classes without notice.
