Personal Training offers a completely personalised, 1 on 1 coaching experience in a welcoming, well equipped setting. Each 60 minute session is thoughtfully planned to meet your unique needs whether those needs are to lose fat, build strength, gain muscle, improve mobility, support injury rehabilitation, boost athletic performance, or simply feel healthier and more confident in your body.

With the focused guidance of a certified personal trainer, every session is tailored to ensure proper technique, safe progression, and meaningful results both inside and outside the gym.

Her initial exposure to Yoga occurred in 2009 in Bangkok, Thailand, but her commitment to the practice intensified in 2011 upon discovering Iyengar Yoga in Warsaw, Poland. Subsequently, she has cultivated a profound appreciation for Yoga, investigating diverse styles while remaining steadfast in her conviction regarding the value of Iyengar Yoga’s meticulous attention to detail, alignment, and precision in the performance of Yoga postures.

Instead of resisting, He embraced the challenge. He lost weight, passed his IPPT, and discovered a passion for fitness.

What started as personal growth became a mission to help others. With 7 years of experience in 1-on-1 and group training, He specializes in weight loss, functional training, HIIT and muscle building.

He know the struggles because he lived them. Now, he’s here to help you push past yours!

Nicholas was appointed to lecture in PSB Academy since 2021 under Exercise and Sports Science.

Specialised in strength and conditioning, body transformation and HIIT. Nicholas was awarded Best instructor of Classpass 2022.

Nicholas’s goal from the outset was to build an inclusive community and better the world of fitness education here in Singapore. Be ready for a burning good time in the HIIT room.
